Dr Ilker Yilmaz

He graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1995. He received his Master's Degree in Microbiology from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine, Institute of Health Sciences, MBA in International Marketing and Management from Yeditepe University, and BA in Management, Organization and Healthcare Management from Anadolu University. As a lecturer at Bahçeşehir University and Bilim University Faculty of Health Sciences, he gave undergraduate courses in the Department of Health Organizations Management.

In a significant part of his business life, he has 25 years of professional senior executive experience in active roles in Organization Management, Strategic Performance and Project Management, and Marketing and Sales Management in national and multinational companies in various fields of the Private Health Sector.  

Within the scope of this experience, he also undertook Management responsibilities in various National and International Projects at different periods, health tourism and JCI & EFQM etc. It has also had important and effective experiences in quality accreditation processes.  

In various national and international companies that are in the leading position in the pharmaceutical industry; Organization Management, Marketing and Sales Management responsibilities are at the forefront and management functions of various companies in the FMCG Sector, brand management and training consultancy and project coordinator, etc. active with processes  consulting work.  

In the last 10 years, he has held high-level positions such as Director, Founding General Manager and Executive Board Member in private hospital managements, which are important health institutions in Turkey.

Team Building and Management, Leadership skills are at a high level. He led corporate organizations working with large staff and played an active role as a founding manager in the process of structuring the teams required for the organization, and managed high-turnover budgets with success, high profitability and growth in line with targets, together with central and field organizations.  

In addition to Senior Management, Marketing, Sales, Project Management, he is knowledgeable in Finance, Budget, Reporting and Quality Management (EFQM, JCI) and Human Resources and is experienced in their processes.  

As one of the experienced managers of the health sector, with senior executive consultancy, trainer, coaching and mentoring experiences in the wide and well-relationshipd network in the pharmaceutical industry, the medical device industry, the private hospital sector, and the FMCG sector; He has trained many executives and has been a speaker at various national and international conferences.
